JOB SUMMARY:Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking an experienced CorporateFP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and developing annual budgets.
The Corporate FP&A Analyst supports data-informed decision making by the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE:
Responsible for the financial planning of Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Functions for the Company.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the assigned functions.
Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and presentations for the short-term and long-term across the assigned functions.
Provide analytical support for various real estate projects, offering insights into potential financial impacts, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic considerations.
Develop budget forecasts and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various asset decisions.
Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and effectively communicate to convey financial information and insights.
Performs other functions as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A within the commercial real estate industry highly preferred
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Corporate experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, adeptly transforming complex financial data into insightful presentations
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
