  • Shooting — 4400 block of 35th Avenue at 9:09 p.m.

  • Residential burglary — 4400 block of 20th Street at 9:34 a.m.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

  • Probation violation

  • Controlled substance violations x2 and carrying a concealed weapon
  • DUI first offense, failure to properly stop, switch tag, improper equipment, failure to maintain liability insurance and no/expired driver’s license
  • Driving with suspended/revoked driver’s license, failure to maintain liability insurance and expired tag

Aug 6

  • Failure to maintain liability insurance, disobedience of traffic control devices, expired tag and failure to posses and display license upon request
  • Lighting equipment requirements, no tag/expired tag/improper tag, disobedience of traffic control devices, failure to maintain liability insurance, violation of seat belt law, no/expired driver’s license and failure to pay
