Shoes are good for putting on your feet - I have learned throughout my 28 years of life that it is good to wear shoes on my feet. I have learned recently that it is even better to put these '66 tigers on my feet. Life is so much better for me now and I feel very highly of myself since I began to sport the tigers. My first pair was the white with blue stripe. I enjoyed them very much and decided to buy the white with brown stripe, the ones I like to wear when I rock the mic. Yes indeed. And here is a tip for the flap in the back of the shoe...a dab of crazy glue and they will not flip up every 2 minutes. Buy shoes for your feet. Better yet, buy '66 tigers and wear them with pride.

I'd also recommend:

try them all. its a long life

These shoes are awesome! I was expecting to have to break them in a bit but they were comfortable right out of the box (with socks). I ordered a half size smaller and the fit is really nice. They also have a surprising amount of arch support.

This is my third pair of Onitsuka Tigers, and the only one I've had to return. The material felt cheap and thin, the shoe was extremely stiff, and the heel so wide that my foot fell out of it despite my toes bumping up against the front of the toe box.

Yesterday I received these shoes and today I wore them. The front upper side that has suede material gets stains easily from water drops. I was washing my hands and a few water drops fell, and when dried left stains! The 2nd time I had some water drops fall, I wiped the shoes with a light and gentle clean towel but it still left a marked stain.

The coolest shoes ever. I think that these shoes are the coolest shoes I have ever owned. They feel very comfortable and they look awesome. If you are thinking about buying these shoes, I do suggest you to order half a size smaller because the leather stretches. Someone had told me that before I bought them. When i received them, I put them on and they felt a bit tight, but after a week or so, they stretched a bit and now they fit perfectly. I would suggest anybody to buy these.

Order a half size smaller than you normally would. I wear a 13 in almost every shoe I have - mostly wear an adidas samba (size 13) and nike flyknit (size 13). Zappos was out of size 13 when I was looking and after reading other reviews, I decided to go a half size down and order the 12.5 - PERFECT! I generally have wider feet, but these fit perfectly both length and width-wise. Very stylish all black look that goes great with any outfit. Insoles are a little thin IMO - wouldn't want to wear these all day walking around unless I replaced the insole or added heel gel/support (which I might do anyway). Has a little arch support, but not a lot.

I had tried these on many times in store and had a good idea of what to expect. They are true to size in the sense that I typically wear a 13 and these fit comfortably at that size. These (the Mexico 66) are slightly wider on the foot vs. the Serrano style. I enjoy them both! Being new to the Onitsuka line, that was my initial observation. These also have a more noticeable arch support vs. the Serrano as well.

I love these shoes. I’m a huge Onitsuka tiger fan in general, and I really like the leather/suede version in these neutral colors. They’re really beautiful. Also very comfy. I typically wear a 7/7.5 and the 7 fit like a glove. I’m really pleased.

I've only given 3 five star reviews. One to a Lego set when I was 8, one to a chef's knife I've used for going on 10 years, and one for a backpack I use when hiking. These shoes deserves their rating. I've walked over 600 miles in 4 months, and the shoes have withstood quite a bit, between rain, snow, dirt, dust, concrete, gravel, bricks, and more. They wear down within a reasonable range and still look fashionable months after purchase. My only complaint is how easily they scuff. The white leather shows scuffing easily, so it's best to watch your step. Still, this is so minor that I'm willing to overlook it for their comfort, style, and lifespan.

Most definitely run a half size large - and maybe it's because these are unisex sizes. I am a consistent women's size 8.5, with the single exception of a size 8 for a leather moccasin, which is supposed to fit like a glove. If you're used to wearing a size 8.5, particularly in an athletic/running shoe or boot (that you expect to have a comfortable thumb's width of space at the toe), I'd recommend order a half size smaller. The 8 in the Tiger fits me perfectly, even with a semi-thick cotton ped sock. The 8.5 (I initially ordered and am now returning) had too much room in the toe box. I will add that my foot is a bit wide in the ball-of-foot area (bunion area), and even with that, the 8 is still perfect. This shoe is NOT wide, however, so fits comfortably snug and I will stretch out with wear. If your entire foot is wide, I suppose these could be a bit too snug. Finally, I read a lot about the arch support in other reviews. It's moderate and actually suits my flat foot perfectly. If you're expecting a higher arch support, like that in many running shoes, this may not be for you. These shoes are super comfy and they add some cool retro fashion. Look great with capris, boyfriend jeans, etc., and will be terrific for vacations and lots of walking. Even my 20-something daughters dig them! Lots of compliments already. I'm sold! (The photo shows I have comfortable toe room with the 8, a half size smaller than I normally wear.)

I'd also recommend:

Keens Kona Flip (Sturdy, super cute, uber-comfy! Order half size smaller.)

I’m a big “reviews reader”. I shopped around on Zappos to find a nice pair of black and white tennis shoes to replace an old pair I’ve worn for awhile. Happy to have pulled the trigger on these! Have received compliments on them and would love to purchase another pair soon!

I'm a big fan of Tigers. I've got at least four pairs currently, and have released at least that many back into the wild. Most of my experience is with Sorrenos and Ultimate 81's, which have been ideal for parkour because of the minimal amount of padding. There's a premium on being able to be able to really feel your environment and how your feet are interacting with it. I've been looking forward to the Mexico 66's for some time, and I'm not disappointed. The yellow and black look great ala the Bride in Kill Bill and the homage there in to Bruce Lee. All beside the point, but they do feel cool. I like the leather upper and hoping that the full-toe rubber wrap around keeps longer than the separating and flapping that inevitably happens with the Ultimate 81's (I'm not complaining, shoes break down, and that aspect of the design is particularly susceptible to wear.)I intend for these to be casual wear for the time being, and when they lose their newness they may get some time as athletic wear.Like all Tigers, they run a little big. For parkour, I like my shoes to be very snug with almost no room for my foot to travel in the shoe. I'm a size 10 and ordered a size 10 instead of my usual 9.5 in Tiger size. It's not bad, but it's looser than a size 10 in most any other type of shoe.In addition to looking cool, I like the leather flap in the back to help pull them on. I've certainly broke down the heals of plenty of Tigers in the past. I hope that it helps keep 'em kicking a little longer.

These are some dope kicks. I have flat feet so very often sneakers are uncomfortable, sometimes even causing excruciating pain in my knees, and I've tried about a dozen pairs of assorted brands over the last two years but then I found these! So unbelievably comfortable, I wore them in the house all day and realized I didn't even need to break them in, they're just awesome. When wearing them outside I'm constantly getting compliments. Highly recommend these.

I am a womans 9.5, and they recommended a mens 8. I ordered the 8, but it was a full size larger (marked inside the shoe as a 41.5 and I know I'm usually a 40 or 40.5). I returned for the 7 and it fit great. I feel like this is mis-marked in the zappos information/recommendations - at least for the pair I ordered.

I will preface by saying I am a true 10. I originally ordered a 9.5 based on the other reviews but they were too small. The 10 fit like a glove, maybe a little extra room around the toe box but not too much. Day one and I’ve received a lot of compliments plus they are very supportive

I am typically a 7 in womens, I ordered my normal size and they fit great, I was glad that I didn't size up or down. Depending on the shoe I sometimes order wide sizes, but the normal width of these were very comfortable for me.

I really do love these shoes for so many reasons. I should warn these shoes are on the narrow side and I wouldn’t recommend wearing them for a long time, it can become uncomfortable at times; but that may vary for you- so break them in! However, I really love these shoes! The color and style are amazing. Besides...Bruce Lee! I would probably by them again.
